About Eric
After the family ‘Shore House’ was sold on Long Beach Island, NJ in 2012, I needed to find other ways to spend my vacation time. I began to travel the world and bring my love of photography (and camera) with me. Since then, I have photographed 50 countries; and subjects ranging from coral reefs to the milky way. My work on this site highlights many of the wonderful and diverse regions and cultures our planet has to offer.
I’m a New Jersey-based nature, travel, and aurora photographer with work spanning 50 countries. For the past several years I have focused on chasing the Northern Lights across Iceland, Alaska, Canada, Norway, and beyond — averaging 5–6 chases a year. This site is where I share my photographs and help others have their own bucket-list aurora experience.
